I have to say Fiverr.com is one of my favorite sites to use for finding people who do a great job doing one-off tasks.
Fiverr started as a marketplace for people to do tasks / provide services for $5. It has since moved on to allowing upsells and more premium services for more money, but there are still a tremendous amount of quality freelancers on there with listings for $5.
A logo for $5?
A website design for $10?
A lead magnet design for $30?

I have found people to do the above tasks for those exact prices. The “website design” task blew my mind. I sent them content and color scheme and they put together a full worldpress site with a very nice look to it for $10 and it took about 2 days for it to be live and published online with very little input needed from me. I was truly amazed. That being said they used alot of plugins and it became a bit of a challenge to support it, but as we grew we did a full redesign and eliminated the problem. But still, not bad for getting started.
The logo designs I have had done… probably around 15 different logos as of this writing. I’m using pretty much all of them to this day.
For lead magnet designs, again, I was super amazed at the work that was completed for the price. I provided the content and any key images I wanted and requested they find stock photos to fill in any gaps were needed (by providing keywords and ideas for those images), and I got back a truly professional design that looked great and did exactly what it needed to.

On most of my gigs now, I do pay more to ensure I get the original files or when they are more involved (more pages for a lead magnet) and the price may go up accordingly.
Every person I have worked with on Fiverr (probably about 15-20 different people with various gigs) has been great. I do tend to stick with one person when they do great work, so most of my logo designs have been from one person.
